Two one-act comedies by James McLure end the 1996-97 CCT season, the first directed by Karen Hancock and the second by Chuck Skinner. Set in a small Texas town, post-Vietnam era, the two pieces center on discontent and funny adult gossip. Life has turned out to be less than what was hoped. Three housewives discuss their men while folding laundry in the afternoon on the back porch. Later that evening, the men act out the glory days of their reckless youth.
